The Carolina Bee Food Company

About us.....

PictureExperimental Bee Colony, Grex(Tm) Bee Food Project, June, 2015 North Carolina USA
The Carolina Bee Food Company was founded by Dr. Joseph A. Resnick and Ms. Joyce Mann in June 2014 for the purpose of marketing a new kind of bee food they developed in the USA and fielded, initially, in Southeast Asia.  The new bee food formula was first tested and used with the Melipona, a species of stingless honeybee found in the Tropics, in Malaysia and Borneo in 2013 and 2014.  After studying the Melipona and using the bee food formula successfully during the Monsoon Season in Malaysia, it was decided that they would return to the USA and start  a new company to manufacture and market the new bee food formula for all global markets.  And thus, the Carolina Bee Food Company was born.
The company is headquartered along the banks of the Yadkin River in the Happy Valley Hamlet of Lenoir, NC USA where sourwoods used by bees for forage, are plentiful.  A press release regarding Dr. Resnick and Ms Mann's work in SE Asia was published in the Borneo Free Press in December, 2014, see: http://www.foodnavigator-asia.com/Policy/Diabetic-health-honey-a-reality-thanks-to-nanotechnology-and-stevia

Joyce Mann, CEO of The Carolina Bee Food Company Division of RMANNCO, Inc. headquartered in Lenoir, NC announced today that the company’s Chief Scientist, Dr. Joseph A. Resnick, has developed two new bee food formulas that may help to stop the decline of the Honeybee on a global scale.  Mann said one of the new products is made with natural beeswax, honey and water and another, made with the same formula and process, replaces sugars typically used to configure bee nectar with natural plant sweeteners, stevia, and adaptogens.
